Walk-in X-Ray Exams: Clear offers x-ray exam services in our clinics on a walk-in basis. This first come, first serve approach may result in speedy exam completion, or may result in prolonged wait times. Our clinics are operating per the open and close times on the Locations tab, and we respectfully wish to alert patients that there may be days when long patient wait times prohibit us from registering patients close to the clinic close time. On such days we ask for your patience and understanding and we invite you to visit our clinic earlier the following day.
An x-ray exam, used to examine any part of the body, is the most basic and well-known form of medical imaging. Black and white images are produced as a result of the varying densities of internal tissues. X-rays are commonly used to view bone fractures and breakages, check for arthritis and to diagnose diseases such as pneumonia.
Images are reviewed by one of our radiologists for interpretation. Results are sent to your Health Care Provider and you will be able to discuss the results of your exam with them.
